Warranty Policy

At Software City, we are committed to providing high-quality software products. We offer a warranty that ensures our customers receive functional software and valid activation keys.

Refunds:

Physical software product refunds will be accepted if either one or both of the following instances occur:

  • Coverage: The Physical installation media has a device failure upon attempting to start up or does not contain the specified product (Refunds are only valid if a refund claim has been submitted within 7 days from receiving the product.)
  • Duration: The refund policy is valid for 7 days after purchasing the product.
  • Claims: To file a claim, please contact our customer support with your order details and we will arrange the collection of your product @ no additional cost and either assist you in getting set up or deliver a replacement product at no additional cost.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues caused by user error, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty Terms:

  • Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in software functionality and ensures the validity of the product key.
  • Duration: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Claims: To file a claim, please contact our customer support with your order details.
